This is a multi-level advanced

This course will help you gain
confidence in your communication, Office
Administration, Management, and Office System
Technology skills by helping you to improve
your English speaking, listening, reading, and
writing. This course also introduces you to
common situations occurring in a typical
American business office. In order for you to
get clear understanding in the textbook’s
materials, we will have some group activities
during a class. Finally, this course will help
to prepare you for the CPS Examination.

Course Overview
CPS course is designed in conjunction with an
ESL course. Student Visa holders are
recommended to enroll in an ESL course through
Matrix Learning affiliate schools while taking
CPS classes. After completing the CPS course,
a corporate internship is available to put the
knowledge into practice.
Eligibility to Take the CPS
Exam
IIAP(International Association
of Administrative Professionals) requires one
of the following conditions:

Currently enrolled in a
college(two years, four years or
postgraduate)

Minimum of two years work
experience in office administration after
graduating with a bachelor degree
-
Minimum of three years work
experience in office administration after
graduating with an associate degree
-
Minimum of four years work
experience in office administration after
graduating from a high school or a trade
school
-
Minimum of two months on
going work experience in office
administration at the time of the exam
application
* Work experience includes part time jobs and
internship within the last fifteen years with
minimum of twenty hours per week for two
months or longer.
